The Pipeline Watchdog Web Monitor is the heart of NTG's CP remote monitoring system. It is by far the simplest and most intuitive CP remote monitoring system in the industry.
Know that your equipment is protected by configuring the web monitor to send text or email notifications of rectifier and other equipment outages, out-of-range pipe-to-soil potentials, and other alarm conditions.
For compliance reporting, use the web monitor to email regularly scheduled CP data reports that can be imported into popular CPDM programs, as well as Excel, CSV, and XML.
Use the website to change alarm limits, reporting frequency, and other key parameters of your remote monitor. The system is designed so that after the initial installation, all new configurations, firmware updates, etc. can be done over-the-air from the website, eliminating the need to revisit the site on account of the remote monitor.
Reliable GPS-synchronized interruption of groups of rectifiers is easily scheduled and controlled from the web monitor with just a few mouse clicks. Positive confirmation of each rectifier's actual interruption status is sent via text message to your cell phone upon starting and stopping of interruption cycles. If, during a survey, the current cycling stops or the GPS signal is lost, a text message will be sent to alert the field crew that an anomaly has occurred.
With NTG's new Smart Test Station, you can now use the web monitor to automate annual surveys and easily obtain and display ON potentials, Instant-OFF potentials, induced AC voltage, and AC/DC corrosion currents across critical sections, or even across the entire length of your pipeline.
